EuroProTour Registration Procedure

Please read the registration guidelines carefully.

Eligibility for divisions

Professional and amateur players can play in a professional division in so far as they meet the specific age and gender requirements:
Men Pro Open (MPO): no limitations.
Female Pro Open (FPO): women only.

Reserved spots

10 spots are limited and reserved until the end of stage 3, ie. day 21 of registration to women (FPO division).
After this date, any reserved spots which have not been taken will be assigned to registered players on the waiting list on a first come, first serve basis.

Wildcards

During stage 4, ie. day 22 through day 28 of registration, up to 17% of the players field, with an absolute maximum of 25 spots are being given to registered players by the Tournament Director the way they seems fit.
Payment for any assigned wildcards needs to be made before the end of stage 4, ie. day 28 of registration. Any wildcards not assigned by that date, will be re-assigned as wildcards to registered players, on a first come, first serve basis.

Waiting list

Upon opening registration, anyone can register, but only those meeting the all requirements (and spots availability) for the current stage will be placed on the players list. Players registering while players field ( = confirmed + registered + reserved spots) is filled, will be placed on waiting list (ordered by registration date), and should not make payment until advised to do so.

Registration start date

The first day of registration shall not be less than twelve (12) weeks prior to first tournament date. Total registration procedure, however, will only take four (4) weeks.

Registration deadline

The last day of registration is two (2) weeks prior to first tournament date. After this date you need to contact the Tournament Director for inquiries about a possible late registration. In case you get a place, you need to pay an additional late registration fee of 10 EUR (or equivalent in event’s local currency) on top of the normal division entry fee.

Registration process

Spots are reserved by submitting the online registration form.
The spots in all divisions and stages will be assigned according to registration order.

Registration will be done in phases. Your current PDGA rating will decide from what date onward you can register; see table below for minimum rating requirements per division.

Confirmed spot

Provided a player is on the registered players list (not the waiting list), and payment is made before end of the stage said registration was made in, a reserved spot can be confirmed.

Withdrawals and refunds

PDGA rules on how to handle withdrawals and refunds can be found here: PDGA competition manual section 1.3.
